30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@falasteenfashion.com with photos of the issue. We will work with our production partners to send you a replacement completely free of charge.

Exchanges & Remorse Because our products are printed specifically for you (Print-on-Demand), we generally cannot offer returns for "buyer's remorse" or if you simply ordered the wrong size. Please review the size charts on the product page carefully before ordering. However, if you have a problem, please contact us—we want you to be happy with your Falasteen Fashion purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return or report a problem, you can contact us at info@falasteenfashion.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
