Order Processing & Production Time All of our products are made to order. This means we print and sew your item specifically for you after the order is placed.

Processing/Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to create and inspect your order before it ships.

Shipping Times Once your order is ready, it is shipped immediately. Average transit times are as follows:

USA: 5–10 business days

Europe: 5–12 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Tracking You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs & Duties International shipments may be subject to customs fees or duties upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
